  • Quality Equipment: Drive well-maintained company trucks, including Volvo, Freightliner, Peterbilt, and Mack, for a safe and comfortable journey.

  • Competitive Pay Structure:

  • Dry Van: $0.55 per mile or 25% from gross revenue (whichever is higher)

  • Reefer: $0.60 per mile or 25% from gross revenue (whichever is higher)

  • Safety Bonuses: Be rewarded for maintaining a high level of safety and adhering to company policies.

  • Performance Bonuses: Earn additional bonuses based on your performance and achievements, including optimization bonuses.

  • On-Time Pick-up and Delivery Bonus: Be recognized and rewarded for punctuality and reliability.
